His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Makase Nyaphisi signed the Revised Supplementary Agreement, at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Headquarters, on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho on 24th September, 2010. The Director General of IAEA, Prof. Yukiya Amano signed on behalf of the Agency.

Present during the ceremony were: Mr. Rafael Mariano Grossi, IAEA Chef de Cabinet; Mr. Johann Rautenbach, Director Office of Legal Affairs, IAEA; Mr. Ali Boussaha, Director, Division of Africa, Department of Technical Cooperation IAEA; Mr. Pitso Paul Makosholo, IAEA National Liason Officer; Dr. Titi Mohapi, Consultant General Surgeon, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, and Ms. Keeena Mosheshe, First Secretary and IAEA Officer.
