On 30th November 2015 His Majesty King Letsie The 3rd at the 21st Conference Of Parties (COP21) in Paris where Heads Of State and Government met to chart the way for the climate change negotiations to reduce carbon emissions, adapt to climate change impact and for the developed countries to provide necessary financial, technical and capacity building.

Serious issues require serious attention at COP 21.
